Select the best for each profession and make sure these are written under a period of two weeks. You are in charge and responsible for this success. PLEASE SELECT THESE PEOPLE BEFORE YOU DEPART AND GIVE THEM THEIR ORDERS.

3 - I'd like you to keep track asap of what you have not read. BEFORE AND AFTER YOU DEPART.

4 - I'd like you to make sure that everyone is aware of what's new and has read it everytime you are connected. If they have not done so, ask them to do so promptly, and check again later. Impose yourself...

5 - Finally, collect enough money during these coming MONTH from guildmates to swell the chest the maximum possible (more than 15k would be a minimum)

... Upon flawless completion of these tasks, you'll get closer to be what I am and in my shoes, and thus, shall rise in ranks... and become Countess.

2 - I have realized a weakness of role playing these last times. New people coming, our members get excited but tend to speak OOC more and more. Please see to it that you talk with them and that you rearrange the situation every time you witness it. THAT IS YOUR MISSION NUMBER ONE.
