In order to be a community, we have to be numerous. Every semester, the High Counsel will gather and vote for two days, one during the week, (that is Monday to Thursday) and one during the weekend, (that is Friday to Sunday).
1 - It is imperative that you do your best to be present in Camelot during these two days for at least a duration of 2 hours between these hours: from 8 pm to midnight on... (eastern)
Massive presence in Camelot these days will ensure meetings between tutors and tutees, the announcement of events, socialization, a nice atmosphere, and a fair amount of numbers when we recruit newcomers. Though being present these days is more a way to meet people than to force you to be here, it would be appreciated, especially if you are of higher ranks, if you could be in Camelot.
FOR THE END OF THIS FALL SEMESTER: Thursday and Sunday, between the hours of 8 pm and midnight on (eastern) have been selected.
2 - It is also of the highest importance that you get the program xfire and learn how to use it. Thanks to this program, we will be able to contact you in case of an emergency or an important notice or gathering if you are on your computer and doing something else. Thank you for considering these social rules seriously, because they will decide the future of this Order.
