Maestro comes from the Italian, which is an evolution of the Latin and means "Master". It is a title that refers to a very talented composer and the leading figure of an orchestra.
1 - Only one person can be the Maestro
2 - Your role is simple. You have proven you have fitting tastes for music. For any celebration, important event or official reception of the Order, you are to choose the music (and provide it to the members). Of course a theme will be given to you and you will have to build accordingly.
3 - You may resign from your functions when you are tired of it.
