THE MARTIAL RULES

1 - Knights are held responsible for the failure of a team skirmish. The Knights of our Order are trained to be the best leaders on the field. On the field, quickness of action is crucial, and the speed and accuracy with which you give orders is of the utmost importance. Since your role is to train tutees to follow these codes properly and to make sure they are ready before you grant them passage to higher ranks, if a mission fails, it means you either failed as a field leader or failed as a tutor.

2 - The followers on the field have to follow these compass codes with speed and accuracy. You have to recognize them easily and act fast. These codes are the basis of action and a strong part of our martial identity. If you do not recognize them and act fast enough, you may compromise the success of all.

3 - Never underestimate preparedness before action, your role, and your position on the field. Be aware on the field. Respect where you have to stand whether you are tanker, healer, mage, etc. Make sure you have a plan and understand what your teammates expect you to do before you leave town.
